Circa Trilogy, the complete project, includes three large-scale works in compressed lint, Circa 1968, Circa 1940, Circa 2011, in which Kelly considers the meaning of an era that revolves around the formative events of 1968.  Kelly adds movement to her ephemeral adaptation of the archival images with projected light noise. reanimating 'iconic events'  in a way that encourages questions about the reappearance of the past, and its legacies, in the present.
